Quite a few of the badges that I sell are bits of advice I've given or received in the last few years, this being no exception.

I know it's just a silly badge with words on it, but I think the point is valid.

How many times has someone said something to you that has made you feel sad, angry or anxious?  Many times if you're like me.

But it doesn't have to be that way, what's really happening is you're processing the noises they made and choosing how to react, and it's that reaction that makes you feel horrible, not the actual words.

When someone tells you that you smell of wee for example, you could just think 'that's a lovely opinion you have, but fortunately for me I don't value you or your opinion, so whatever noises you make, it makes no difference to me'.

Taking this approach gives you a kind of emotional steadiness which, if you can do it, will make your life much happier.

How big is it?

The large one measures 57mm across.

The medium one is 31mm.

The small one is just 24mm.

How will it be packaged?

This badge will be shipped to you in a cellophane wrap and a card-backed envelope to make sure it doesn't get damaged or wet.

If you order it along with other stuff, it might come to you in a box which is even safer!
