The best way to choose a rude birthday gift for your lesbian friend is to think about what kind of person she is and what she would like. Whether it's something funny, playful or something more practical you need to choose something that suits her and the situation.
Also think about what the event will be like - will there be other friends, family or work colleagues there? Do you want to get her something she can use at the party or something she can enjoy later?
